About Dexter DL2283
Meet Dexter, the happy little boy who is looking for his new home.
Dexter came into rescue as a timid little boy, covered with matted hair. Since he’s been with his foster family though, he has started to shine! It turns out Dexter has quit the personality, creating a racetrack around the house with his foster sister, playing with his squeaky toys, running around playing with anyone he can. He hasn’t been tested with cats.
During stormy weather and in the car, Dexter does get a bit anxious, but some reassurance and cuddles and he starts to settle down. He loves nothing more than belly rubs and cuddles, except maybe running around playing. Dexter can also be a bit nervous around men when he first meets them, but he will warm up to them in his own time.
Dexter’s new family will have to be dedicated to ensuring his coat is regularly groomed so he doesn’t end up all matted and sore again.
If Dexter sounds like your perfect pooch, please send DFL an email asking for an application form.
