About Mal
Mal is a gentle boy who was the runt in his litter. He hasn’t shown to be quiet and gentle and is looking for a calm and patient home to expose him to the world.
He is sweet in nature and fantastic with other dogs and we’d love to see him in a home with another play mate for both play and companionship.
He loves being close to his humans once he has trusted you and he must be allowed inside his new home with his new family to feel safe and secure. Fencing of at least 5ft and over is essential but rural fencing for the right home will be accepted.
He hasn’t met any cats in care but being so young and gentle we think with the right introductions he would be fine. He has however met lots of dogs and even goats and was fine with all.
Being a little shy we would suggest no kids under the age of 7 and dog savvy kids are a must. A calm environment is best suited for this boy though.
He must have a committed home that is looking to continue his training and socialisation to make sure he is a stable large adult when fully grown.
Mal is located in the Newcastle area and his adoption fee is $550
We will NOT be accepting interstate adoption for Mal (ACT accepted)
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
