About Trigger
Can you believe this handsome devil spent over 6 months in a pound waiting for a rescue to take him?
We can’t either.
This handsome sweet and social boy is Trigger. A 5 year old ridgeback x. He LOVES humans and attaches himself quickly to them and adores being allowed inside to be close and cuddled, so a new home looking for a sweet lounge addition will be essential for this boy.
He has a heart of gold and trusts fast and has shown to be social with other dogs. But untested with dogs under 5 kilos in size. He is best not suited to a home with cats or pocket pets/ poultry but may suit a livestock home.
He has shown to be gentle and affectionate with his carers grand child so a home with dog savvy kids may suit him well.
He is looking for a moderately active home with at least one walk a day if possible. Has already shown great crate training skills, leash skills and recall and is just wanting to please as much as possible.
Trigger is located in the Newcastle area and his adoption fee is $400. He is hoping to find his home quick smart to start his true new life and love!
We may accept interstate adoptions for the right application but you must travel to the foster home for a meet and greet.

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
