Marcel

Marcel would be best described as a gentle, shy, loving, quiet little guy. But a wise person once said "A shy guy will always be your guy" <3

Marcel is cute and funny because he rolls & twists on the bed to show affection. Also pummelling the sofa/cushion/bed whilst maintaining intense eye contact is something he enjoys for some reason...

His fave food is 'Cachet' wet food from Aldi (in particular the pate & mousse), and Fancy Feast biscuits (but he's not to picky with biscuits).

Marcel's fave toys are Pom poms, string, anything fluffy, and ping pong balls!

Marcel would best suit a quiet home, preferably indoor only. He would probably love a secure outdoor area or balcony, but happy to be indoors only too.

Marcel is affectionate and playful but isn't a huge fan of being picked up. He is a rescue kitty from poor beginnings. He is making great headway in his confidence with people, but is still overcoming his jumpiness. He's very very affectionate & purry once he trusts you, but still prefers to be patted & to curl up with you, rather than picked up.

Male Domestic Short Hair Tuxedo Cat.

Marcel is a very special, very gentle boy with extremely stylish tuxedo patterning.

He was rescued at a young age and his confidence has come leaps & bounds since living with his fosterer in Paddo.
Marcel loves playing with his toys; particularly pom poms, anything fluffy, and of course ping pong balls- he can keep himself entertained for hours! (And is hilarious to watch).

He is used to living with one human, so will likely take a little while to adapt to multiple people & visitors in the same house; but he is a brave boy and does well with routine, so with time & love he will adapt well to a new home. He is however probably best suited to a home without children or other pets.

Marcel is a very curious boy- and has so far spent his time as an indoor only cat, with a small Juliette balcony on which to catch the breeze (and bugs). He would be happy to remain an indoor cat, but I know he would also be thrilled to have an outdoor area to explore (with supervision at first). While he’s been living in Paddo he’s slept in a crate at night (to learn a sleep rhythm- but also avoid tripping up the charging cords), but I’m sure he would love the chance to curl up at the end of a bed.

Above all else Marcel loved a snuggle, and once he trusts you he will nuzzle up to you on the couch/bed, motor engine purring! He is a great Netflix binge companion :D (said from experience…) He has a great temperament and huge potential as a wonderful furry companion.
