About Rugen
Looking for a gorgeous & easy puppy ? Meet Rugen!
Rugen wasn't too sure about things when he first came into care, however this sweet boy is showing more confidence everyday and is now ready to take on new adventures with his forever family.
A super social boy, he is currently living with 3 other dogs and 3 children and is great with everyone. He's also met cats and horses and is fine with them too.
Rugen is so smart and training will be a breeze. He is learning sit, shake and knows exactly where to wait when dinner is called. He's also house trained, crate trained and sleeps quietly throughout the night. As a puppy though, he will need continued training to exercise his mind and ensure he remains a well mannered doggy.
He loves tug-of-war, his chew toys, chasing little creatures and lots and lots of cuddles. He enjoys going for his daily walk and will happily trot along beside you. He's not sure about the water yet and he'll tell you all about it if his bath isn't warm enough.
We are looking for a family that is committed to his ongoing training, socialisation, health and happiness. His new family should be prepared to make him a valued family member and take him out on adventures and family outings. Ideally, you wll have another playful dog at home for company or someone homes most days.
Rugen should be an inside / outside dog with being indoors at night and a part of the family. He's not suited to being a mostly outdoor dog.
Rugen is one in a million and if your ready to welcome this big baby bear into your family please apply by completing the adoption enquiry form via our Fetching Dogs website as the next step.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
