About Mickey
Please meet our newest arrival Mickey, he is a 5 month old Bull Arab and has had all his vet work done.
He plays well with other dogs, walks well on lead, loves the beach and water, loves bones, to play tug or whatever you like to play.
He loves kids of all sizes and adults but he does get excited.
Mickey has learned commands of sit, stay, wait. He is house trained but sleeps outside at night.
He has started obedience training and as he is still a pup not confident yet around traffic, but that’s not surprising. Give him a short time he will master that.
He is well behaved, has great recall, picks things up quickly.
Mickey will need time, patience and consistency to further his training in the months to come. He is a super smart boy who bonds very strongly to people and is very responsive to training.
His adoption fee is $380 and will be available for 2 week trial for a fully refundable $50.
Adoption details
Fraser Coast Animal Rescue (FCAR) house all our dogs with foster carers in private homes. This allows them to experience life in family situations with other dogs, cats, children, chooks and various other domestic animals. We then have an opportunity to discover their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dog may suit your family dynamics.
We offer a 14 day trial to see if the chosen dog is a fit with your family. A $50 deposit is paid at the commencement of the trial period and goes toward adoption fee should you adopt. If the dog doesn't fit with your family, they will be returned to us and deposit refunded.
