About Billy
Handsome Billy is a larger breed dog who requires a home where he will get plenty of daily exercise. Billy would be best suited to a home with an experienced owner who will take him under their wing and remind him of his doggies manners. Whilst he has had some minor training in the past he is in great need of more, we highly recommend Billy attends obedience training plus twice daily walks to help keep his mind active and to help him to mature in to a well adjusted adult dog.
Billy is best suited to a home WITHOUT small children as he may accidentally knock them over. Given Billy's size he will also need high and secure fencing to make sure he is kept safe and sound.
With a heart of gold and the size of an average Great Dane, this man is sure to make any home a happy one.

Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
