I was surrendered to Lort Smith when a large lump on my abdomen was discovered. The vets determined that the lump was cancerous. I've since had two surgeries to ensure the nasty lump was removed in its entirety. I will be adopted out with a disclaimer.

Although I love the staff and volunteers here at Lort Smith, I am definitely ready to find a new home.

I am a very loving girl who adores cuddles, belly rubs, playing with people, throwing my tug rope around and going on strolls around the neighbourhood.

My  new home will need secure high fencing with a family that are often home as I do not like being by myself very much. My adopters will need to be mindful of my socialisation around other dogs and continue to work on this with me.

I would love a family that know and understand my breed. I need calm and confident handlers that will take me to obedience training and continue building up my confidence around new environments, people and other animals.

I would prefer to be the only pet of the household as I do love having all the attention to myself. I tend to gravitate and connect with humans more than I do other canines.
