About Dobbie
* AWAITING VET WORK. CAN BE PLACED ON HOLD WITH A 50% DEPOSIT *
Hi I'm Dobbie. I am shy and quiet, yet a sweet and affectionate little girl. I am initially reserved and can be startled, but once I have got to know you I am ok. I would love to go for walks, car rides, go on trips with you and I love lap cuddles and kisses on the couch and your bed too. I am an extremely loving and devoted indoor companion puppy.
I happily live in foster care with cats/kittens, dogs/puppies and my big and little foster carers. I would best suit a home with someone who is home a lot or is willing to take me with them most places. I am well socialised and love learning. But I need someone to give me ongoing training and socialisation because I am still a puppy. I will fit into a gentle home with children, adults and other animals, where I am included as a part of the family with time, patience and understanding to adjust to a new environment and when settled I will give lots of love and cuddles.
At home I happily live indoors most of the time (but will go outdoors, but I need to be careful because of my skin and will burn), I sleep indoors only and will happily lay on my shared bed with my siblings or on someones lap. I am an amazing lap warmer. I am toilet trained, but being a puppy I may still have accidents.
Adoption details
All of our animals are placed into foster care in a family type environment, which allows them to be exposed to various environmental factors such as cats, dogs, children, visitors, noises etc.
All of our animals have a health assessment. They are desexed, microchipped, receive their 1st F4 vaccination or C4 vaccination and have parasite treatment prior to going to their new homes. Once ready for adoption we look to find our fosters the most suitable home environment depending on their personalities and needs.
