About Daisy 💕
Introducing Daisy, our lovable little Cattle x Kelpie girl.....An active, adventurous girl that loves to socialise with bigger dogs. She will be a very loyal, faithful companion and protective of her family.
Daisy is 1 of 6 pups who arrived in care at the age of 6 weeks. She is currently in care with 3 of her siblings and spends her days at Follyfoot Childcare centre, where her foster mum works. She then heads back to her foster home in the afternoon and learns all about the routines of a home. As you can imagine, Daisy has had plenty of exposure to young children and new people coming through the centre and she loves spending time with the kids. She has been socialised with other dogs during her time in care and enjoys playing with them all. Her favourite game is tug-o-war and she enjoys a good run with her siblings.
During her time in foster care, Daisy has been working hard at toilet training and with ongoing training in her new home, this will be perfected in no time. She's a very clever girl and enjoys learning new things to impress her humans.
As with all our pups, we strongly recommend enrolling in Puppy school. Daisy will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood, as well as ongoing training so that she grows up to be a well mannered and socialised girl. We believe that she will be a medium size dog when fully grown. She is a beautiful natured puppy, and given the right environment we’re sure she will grow to be an extremely loyal, well mannered adult.
We would love to help get you started with training, so our amazing supporters, Best Friends - Erina, have kindly offered to include a 5 week Puppy training course with all of our Puppy adoptions (up to 16wks of age)....The Best Friends Puppy Pre-School service is a fun and interactive five-week training course that covers puppy behaviours, diet, health, grooming, exercise and play, with an emphasis on socialisation, command training, health and care. Their aim is to teach you positive ways to train your puppy in basic skills such as ‘sit’, ‘drop’, ‘stay’, and how to walk well on a lead, but also how to control your puppy’s not so desirable behaviours like toileting inside, biting, mouthing and separation anxiety.
Daisy would be best suited to a home or property with an older doggie companion who can help provide her with the guidance and correction she may need. She will need an active family who have experience and knowledge of the working dog breeds with a medium to large yard and secure height appropriate fencing.
Vet work will be complete in a couple of weeks....we are happy to organise meets prior to this but Daisy will need to remain in care until all vet work is complete. She is located in Buff Point on the Central Coast NSW.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
