Are you available for giving belly rubs? Sorry, fostering. Are you available to foster a cuddle bug? If the answer is yes, then luna me your ear and learn all about this gorgeous girl.
Luna is unbelievably sweet. We think it’s complete Luna-cy she hasn’t been snapped up yet. She just loves to be loved and give lots of kisses in return. A good play doesn’t go astray either. She loves playing with other dogs, so could live with a male dog, pending meet. Girls just luna have fun after all. She has not been tested with children or cats at this stage.
Luna loves her people so much, that she prefers to have someone home more often than not. When you do have to go out, when you come home again you can just imagine her crying out ‘halle-luna! You’re back!” followed by a wiggle and flop for belly rubs. She is also looking for a secure yard, as she has been known to try and look for her people, just in case they’ve disappeared into the Ber-luna Triangle.
We’d love to see this beautiful girl who has all the love in the world to give, in a home luna rather than later. If you can open your home to foster her, email DFL today to apply.
Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
