Toffee and his siblings came to the Refuge scared and very unsure of humans. Toffee has blossomed into a smoochy cat, with a terrific little purr. He is the last of his litter to be adopted, and would dearly love to find his forever home. Toffee will happily sit beside you and enjoy a good scratch. He is also full of kitten energy, and would love a home where the people are willing to play with him and his toys.
