About Queenie ~ Staffy X Kelpie (on trial 17/10/19)
Queenie is a gorgeous 6 week old pup soon looking for her furever home, from 8 weeks old. She is a Staffy x Kelpie with loads of cuteness.
Queenie pretends to be shy but really she rules the roost. Queenie is an intelligent girl with a side of cheekiness.
Queenie will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Queenie will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as she would be too lonely on her own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Queenie sleeps inside and will need to continue to do this until at least 16 weeks but we would like her to always have a sleeping spot inside and be allowed in when someone is home. She will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
As Queenie is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Queenie, please contact her foster carer Samantha on samanthajadepeters91@gmail.com Queenie is in Cameron Park, NSW (Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle). You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Queenie's adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
