About Ollie
You would be forgiven for thinking Ollie is a male bulldog. First her name, but then the way she snorts, snuffles & farts too 🤣 but honestly, she is one awesome girl who will bring positivity and fun to everyone at her new home.
Ollie is a ladybug who will make her adopter incredibly happy, and wonder how they ever lived before Ollie was in their life. She likes going to walks (not too long) and loves nothing more than to chase birds.
Ollie's friendly with other dogs she meets outside of the home (a little too excited a lot of the time), however Ollie doesn't know what personal space is - when it comes to humans and other dogs. Ollie is a bossy boots and likes to think all the toys belong to her. For this reason we feel she would be most suited to being the only Queen in her castle, and interactions with other dogs are reserved for planned social outings.
Ollie has been brilliant with her foster carer's young grandchildren. She loves running around with them, tackling them to smother them with kisses, and all the squeals and fun they have together is a joy to watch.
Ollie hasn't been tested with cats, but given her desire to chase birds we feel they wouldn't be a good idea. She also won't suit a home with full-time workers away from the home for long stretches, she likes human company and would prefer you are around more often than not. Ollie is happiest on the lounge next to you or at your feet on the rug, if you are home and the door is closed with Ollie outside she will certainly let you know that you need to let her in.
Ollie is currently fostered in the Wollongong area and is available for adoption to suitable applicants in NSW / ACT. Please submit an application here https://www.minisbulldogrescue.com/apply
