Introducing Roxy, another of our Staffy mix litter....This girl is a pocket rocket, and the sweetest little pup ever! 💕

She is currently in care with 2 of her siblings, Rory & Rosa, 2 host dogs & young children. Although she loves to rumble and play with her siblings, it's obvious that she would absolutely love a human to call her own. Roxy loves getting involved in EVERYTHING and LOVES her people. When it's cuddle time with her humans, she snuggles right into your neck and the tail never stops wagging. She would be great with kids who are respectful of animals.

Roxy sleeps soundly through the night, curled up with her siblings. Toilet training has been mastered and she is extremely responsive to training and learning new commands. Her food motivation is high, which makes training an easy task.

We would love to see Roxy find a home where she had the company and guidance of another dog, but she would also cope quite well as an only dog as long as she had the company of her humans. She would love nothing more than to follow you around the house and yard all day long if given the chance. Roxy will need plenty of socialisation as a pup and into adolescence, as well as training, so she grows up to be a well mannered and socialised adult.

At this stage, we think Roxy will be a medium to large size when fully grown, so you would need to be prepared for this. She adapts well to new surroundings and plays well with other dogs. Roxy is quite the entertainer and entertains herself and her siblings the whole day through. She will need a medium to large size yard and a home where she will be treated as part of the family 👨‍👨‍👧‍👧🐕🐕

As with all our pups, we strongly recommend enrolling in Puppy school. Roxy will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood.

We would love to help get you started with training, so our amazing supporters, Best Friends - Erina, have kindly offered to include a 5 week Puppy training course with all of our Puppy adoptions (up to 16wks of age)....The Best Friends Puppy Pre-School service is a fun and interactive five-week training course that covers puppy behaviours, diet, health, grooming, exercise and play, with an emphasis on socialisation, command training, health and care. Their aim is to teach you positive ways to train your puppy in basic skills such as ‘sit’, ‘drop’, ‘stay’, and how to walk well on a lead, but also how to control your puppy’s not so desirable behaviours like toileting inside, biting, mouthing and separation anxiety.

Roxy is booked in for Desex on Tuesday 1st October and will be available to take home once she recovers (within a few days). She is located in Mardi on the Central Coast NSW.
