About Puppy Sapphire DL2259
Sapphire is a very playful and energetic puppy. She is great with kids, loves playing with tennis balls and squeaky toys. She enjoys cuddles and belly rubs are her favourite.
When meeting other dogs, Sapphire is a little shy and cries, but soon joins in and plays. She doesn't love being left alone (she's just a baby and still learning), so is looking for a home where she has another friendly dog for company. She loves playing outside in the shade with her friend.
A smart puppy, Sapphire has already started training and has learnt to sit, stay, and go to her bed on cue. Working on her training and socialisation together will ensure she grows into a well adjusted and bonded family member.
While Sapphire is currently little, she is still growing into her limbs, and will be a large sized adult dog. She will need a quality diet for large breed puppies to ensure she is getting all the nutrients she requires for a healthy start to life.

Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
