Male Domestic Longhair Cat
I've been adopted!
Hello, my name is Wonton. I was brought in to the shelter in a bad way. After living on the streets and getting into a lot of fights, I had developed a series of infections in my cat fight wounds. After some serious TLC from the vet clinic and cattery staff, including my lovely foster carer, I am fighting fit and ready to find my forever home. I'd like a calm and cat confident home with adults (teenagers considered too!) and with plenty of space to explore. In my travels as a street cat, I have contracted FIV, so will need to be an indoor only cat from here on out. There's usually worry about other cats in the household, but that's okay, because I don't like them that much anyway! There will need to be a slow transition into my new home, as I can be quite nervous initially. The staff would like for my new owners to know that I don't like to be picked up or handled, but when I am comfortable, I love to throw myself beside you and rest against your legs!
