About Sue *Adoption Pending*
Sue is adventurous and playful. She loves to chase a ball and to be outside. She is a little bit deaf, but well on her way to associating the sounds she can hear to their meaning. If anything it's a benefit because she sleeps so well!
She already knows how to sit and is very smart, so she will be a quick learner. She has no signs of resource guarding or separation anxiety. She's very independent but would also love a furry friend to play with.
Sue is good with kids, but because of her sharp puppy teeth, would need a family to understand her puppy stages and show her patience as she grows.
She is on her way to being toilet trained and sleeping through the night.
Sue is an inside outside dog and loves nothing more than cuddling at your feet while you watch tv after playing and exploring outside.
Sue is located in Greenslopes, QLD.
Dog friendly: yes
Cat friendly: untested but has a nice nature
Kid friendly: yes, with patience
Toilet trained: Almost!
Inside/outside: both
Medical notes
Sue will be desexed, fully vaccinated & microchipped.
She is available for applications and meet and greet now, but she will only be available for pickup after vetwork is complete on or about 25th Sept.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. To meet, adopt or find out more details on this animal, please fill in our adoption application at our website- http://www.safehavenanimalrescueinc.com Completing this application form does not place you under any obligation to adopt.
2. Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend bringing your current dog/cat as this may stress the feline out.
3. The animal cannot be taken on the day unless prior arranged (over 2 hr round trip), and the adoption agreement and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. Once collected, the 10 day settling period begins, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care into a suitable foster home. The adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after this trial period there will be no refund made.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork, including the Change of Microchip Details form, is sent via email.
We endeavour to respond to your email within 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
