About Lucy
LUCY is a 2.5 year old Australian Bulldog currently living in Sydney and in need of a new home where she is the only dog.
Lucy is described by her current owners as incredibly sweet, cute and adorable girl. She loves people, lying by the fire and snuggling on the couch. And Lucy's absolute favourite time of the day is morning cuddles in bed (her humans bed)!
Lucy struggles with anxiety and is reactive around other dogs. She has been living separate from her litter-mate (male) for a year now and it's been decided that they will both have happier lives in separate homes. In a calm home where Lucy can meditate, retreat to her mat and receive positive reinforcement - she will be content and at peace.
Lucy is currently on daily medication for her anxiety. As part of her rehoming, Lucy's current owners are providing a session with the specialist who has been treating Lucy, to help with the transition to a new home and conduct a medication review.
Lucy is an indoor bulldog used to access outside. She loves toys, snacks and playing games with you. Lucy is highly entertaining 🤣and we're hopeful there is someone special out there with a calm home and lots of patience and love to give Lucy.
If you are located in the Sydney area and can give LUCY a loving home please submit an application https://www.minisbulldogrescue.com/apply

Applicants will be assessed in terms of best suitability for the dog. A meet & greet and yard inspection are essential parts of the screening process.
The first 2 weeks for every adoption is a trial period to ensure that both the dog and family are a good match. And once everyone is happy the dog's microchip will be changed across to the new family.
