The amazing coat on Smokey has to be seen to be believed. This is one very gorgeous girl who is named for her smokey-black colouring. But underneath her lush dark fur is an undercoat of white fur, which gives Smokey a very exotic look. She really stands out!!!
Smokey has the most incredible long white whiskers, and she has cute little white socks on her feet too. But this is a girl who has much more to offer than her stunning good looks.
Smokey is a very affectionate and young girl (she's not even a year old) who gets her purr machine going as soon as you start patting her. She is the sort of kitty who will follow you around the house, chatting in her cute kitty chirps as you move about.
As she survived a life on the street before being rescued, Smokey has some food issues. She is a voracious eater and will eat anything put before her so you will need to monitor this kitty's food intake.
And if you're looking for a kitty with an amazing talent, Smokey loves to perch up on your shoulder and go for a ride as you move about - she loves the view and being close to you! She is super quick on her feet too, with very quick reflexes, so she will need to be monitored near exit points from your house until she gets used to it.
Smokey is very used to the company of other cats, and she will need to go to a home where there is an existing cat. She is untested on dogs and young children but with the right, slow introductions we believe this intelligent and gentle girl would adapt well to most environments.
This girl is very loving and affectionate. She's sassy, smart and has smouldering good looks to match. Get in touch with us to arrange to meet this one in a million kitty.
Unfortunately Smokey is not very street smart, so she would not suit a home where she will be going outdoors.

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. Call us on 0413 938 250 for more information about your kitty of choice.
3. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home
4. If your adoption is successful we ask that you pay the nominated fee to us in cash or via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
5. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty which will include a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership form that must be completed and paid by you ($15 fee applies) no later than four weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
