About Rosie
Who could resist this adorable face?
Rosie is the perfect name for this sweet, shy, gentle puppy. She is initially unsure around strangers, but affectionate and loving towards those she is familiar with.
Considering she can be nervous, Rosie will need a confident male, de-sexed doggie friend in her new home to help show her that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.
Socialization will also be important at this young age to help her mature well, especially as she will be a big dog when she is finished growing! She is a mix of Sight hound, Great Dane and Mastiff and the size of her paws shows the evidence!
Rosie enjoys a little exercise, but after that she is happy to just chill out and relax with her friends. She will require a good sized yard where she will have lots of room to move as she grows. She is good with cats, turtles, chickens and has been trained to sleep in a crate at night. Her toilet training is a slow process, so her new family will need to be willing to help finish it.
Rosie will be well suited to a home where her special humans can offer her regular outings and exposure to new environments to help her learn that new people and places are full of fun and excitement. She will need to have a confident and relaxed medium to large doggy pal to assist her in building her confidence and teach her what a happy and fun life is all about.
Please send us an enquiry if you can offer Rosie the wonderful future she deserves.
Currently in care in Ballarat, Victoria.
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
