About Willow
Willow
5 years old
Bloodhound x
Willow is available for adoption!
Willow is a lady of luxury, she likes the finer things in life such as good food , sleeping on the couch or Humans beds whatever feels most comfy at the time she also enjoys taking a gentle stroll and quite enjoys some water play. This girl is such a character she can’t help but make you smile with her relaxed happy go lucky Nature. Willow is an independent lady but still does love her human pals and will lap up any pats and even will lean on you for a cuddle!
Willow needs to be an active part of the family and would enjoy family adventures or even a car ride and yes she sticks her head out the window!
Willow is friendly with other dogs, cats, nothing really fazes her, except she does not like small dogs running up and jumping at her face as she’s the lady of luxury she finds this quite rude and we don’t blame her! the first time the other day she met a horse and the reaction was oh hey your a big dog and then wander off to explore something eles 😂 she is just super chilled about everything!
Willow is seeking a home where she can be mostly indoors especially at night time as she's literally never spent a night outside in her live, One where she has humans around more than not and where she can just be who she is and be spoilt for it! As long as she is apart of a family and apart of daily life adventures she will be happy!
Not sure if you can notice by the photos but she is a bit on the heavy side and will need someone who can manage this and slowly work on getting her back to a healthier weight so she can live life to the fullest!
Three years ago willow did have TPLO surgery this is the most effective way to treat cruciate ligament disease in dogs especially larger dogs, This was successful and she has had no issues since healed but as she gets older she maybe more susceptible to arthritis, So losing a bit of weight will help a lot and take the pressure off her joints!
If you have PLENTY of room on the couch for this lovable lady then please Email us today or contact Kate 0488 075 699
