Hi there. I’m Bailey.
I’m a 4-month-old kelpie cross breed puppy.

My foster mum says I’m a sweet, fun loving boy who loves cuddles. Foster mum laughs when I plonk myself into her lap. I’m the clown of my litter.

I’m looking for a special human or family to devote myself to. My ideal family would include me in their everyday lives. I would prefer a doggie sibling as I’m very social. If an only dog, I would need someone who is home most of the time, or can take me to work with them.

I love to play with my dog siblings in my foster home. I’m good with the confident resident cats, but I’m a bit silly with the foster kittens. I love going for walks and am learning to come when called.

Since coming into foster care I’ve been learning my manners. I’m a super smart boy & learn quickly. I’m very food motivated & love my training sessions. I do tend to resource guard high value food with my siblings, but not with my humans. My foster mum is working with me on that. She says I’m coming along nicely, but I’ll need someone who is prepared to continue my training to help me grow up to be the best boy I can be.

I sleep both inside & outside. I’m a good boy when I’m inside and go out to do my business on the lawn.

I need a family who understands that working breeds need daily physical & mental stimulation. Someone who is prepared to provide ongoing training and socialisation. If you think you can provide me with my perfect forever home my foster mum would love to hear from you.
