About Nahla
Just look into Nahla’s mismatched eyes and you are hooked. Her breed is honestly a mystery but how sweet she is, is not. She loves the company of another dog and her humans of course. She has not been tested with cats, but is great with kids. Nahla was rescued from the pound, and we will admit the first few days in foster care, she decided to take herself for unsupervised walks (first 48 hours most dogs will try and escape as they have been locked up for so long with limited stimulation), but she has settled considerably. We believe she finally realised she was truely wanted and is sticking around soaking up all the love we have to give her.
Adoption details
All adoption enquirers must fill in an adoption form that we will send you if you email us at CQanimalsociety@outlook.com. Due to the high volume of animals on death row, our own familes, and paid jobs, we will endeavor to answer your enquiry as quickly as possible.
All our adoptions tend to be local, but we have connections all over QLD so are more than happy to consider all serious adoption enquiries. A house/yard check will be done if we can get a local member (if adoption enquiry is not Rockhampton based) to assist. Please note that we will be treating any potential adoption with the upmost care as the animals safety and welfare is our number one concern.
