About Locky ~ 6 yo Maltese X Poodle ( adopted 16/9/19)
Are you a patient and quiet person? Locky needs you. He is a handsome Maltese X Poodle who is approximately 6 years old.
Locky needs a quiet environment where he will have time to feel safe. A home where everyone is at least 14 years old would best suit him. Locky is a quiet and timid boy who needs someone patient enough to wait for him to come to them.
Locky enjoys playing with soft toys and is coming along well with his toilet training. Once he feels safe a slow introduction to going for a walk would be a benefit to him. At the moment he is scared of the world outside of the home and backyard.
Locky needs to be welcome everywhere in the home and sleeps in the bedroom. In bed with you is where he feels safest once he trusts you. Locky will need to be an only dog as he hasn’t had much socialization and prefers his trusted person all to himself. This means he will need someone home more often than not.
Once you have Locky’s trust he is an absolute snuggler. He will follow you everywhere and sit on your lap at every chance.
