Hellllllooooooooo, Ladeeeeeeeeeezzzzzz!! My name is Monte & I've been described as a ladies man. Get ready for the ""FULL MONTY"" charm! I am very cuddly & smoochy with my favourite humans. I am young & full of beans, I'm always cheerful.

I'm a handsome golden boy who should have been called ""Sunny"" because of my sunshiny smile & happy-go-lucky disposition. I am still very much a pup, I have received very little training - I am quite bouncy & do have a bad habit of jumping up. I am picking up the word ""down"" quickly & getting better at not jumping up.

I am very clever, super food orientated so already I have learned to sit & ""shake"" paws with you. I am a lovely golden brindle staffy mix & I have the staffy grin - in almost all of my photos, I'm smiling. A medium sized friendly lump of pure muscle - I'm strong & I tend to pull on the lead in my excitement to get to the park - maybe one of those walking harnesses would suit me?

I know I will need a firm & consistent guide to train me well so that I can be a well-balanced, loyal & content dog when I grow up. Just look into these beautiful brown eyes - all I want to do is please you.

I am currently with a human foster family who have 2 children. The kids adore me. I can be a little wary of some men - I put my tail between my legs & am very watchful. I have no issues with the ladies!! They get all my attention & if they ever drop down to my level - watch out! I try to crawl into their laps to get as close as possible & oodles of puppy kisses follow.

I was nearly homeless again last week when I chewed on the outdoor wooden patio furniture. Opps! I am still very much learning what I can & cannot do. I might have nibbled a thong or two as well. Don't leave things at my level as I believe what's on the floor is mine. I have lots of puppy toys & big juicy bones to chew on but.... the taste is not quite the same as the ol' patio furniture forbidden fruit!

I love to play & I love to eat & I love the great outdoors & I love kids - now all I need is a new BFF & my life will be complete. I'm an energetic fireball of frolicking fun - enthusiastic about everything & I have a lotta love to go round.
