About Kira DL2242
Kira is simply stunning both in looks and her gentle personality. She radiates a calm energy and just loves the company of her humans.
Kira is friendly and initially inquisitive when meeting other dogs but doesn’t want to play too much. This maybe because she has recently had an ear infection and has not wanted her ears touched or perhaps is simply happier to observe from the side lines.
Kira is very excited about food which is a bonus when it comes to training, also to keep her occupied when carers go out. She can walk very nicely on the lead but needs a firm hand in case she invites herself to a nearby picnic or bbq. With her thick coat, she prefers finding somewhere cool to lay, in the shade or on the cool tiles.
While in foster care Kira has been enjoying regular walks to improve her physical fitness, this needs to be ongoing to build muscle tone and lose a couple of kilos to reach her top form. She has been friendly meeting kids, not yet tested with cats.
If you'd love to meet Kira, email DFL today to apply!
Medical notes
Currently being treated for ear infection.
