Hi there. I’m Twitter and I’m one of the happiest and loving pooches you’ll ever meet. I love spending time with people and my doggy pals. My favourite thing to do is go for rides in the car, I am a very good boy in the car and I sit still and just look at the window at everything passing by. Ok, that’s a bit of a lie. The absolutely bestest thing ever is food! I LOVE food! If I get the chance to I’ll just eat and eat and eat all day long. My foster mum says I’ll get fat if I do that, so she makes sure I only get what I need (even though I’d love to have more).

I’m an active boy and do love my twice-daily walks. I have learnt cues like "stop", “wait”, “sit” and walk beautifully on a lead; I also know how to heel. I have very good recall and come the minute I hear you call my name. Not to brag, but I’m pretty clever and really like to learn new things. I like it so much, lots of praise is all the reward I need.

Oh yeah, I was telling you how much I love spending time with people (sorry I got distracted by some food). I love spending time with you while you’re home, I don’t follow you around everywhere coz I know we all need some space, but I do like to see where you are. When you have to go out to work though, I’m quite happy to just wait for you. If you’ve got a doggy door I’ll just wander in and out as I need to. At the end of a long day being a good boy, I like nothing more than to lie next to you and rest my head on your lap or snuggle up next to you.

One thing that’s really important for my new family to know is that I’m going to need to be groomed regularly. I have lovely long hair, and the last thing I need is for it to get all knotty. Don’t worry though, I’m really good and I’ll just stand there and enjoy it.
