Buckley is a lovable playful young man looking for a home of his own. He is looking for a special someone with experience in working breeds, that can show him the world is much more than a barn! In return he will give his love and loyalty.

He would love a home with another dog to play with and teach him. But would also be OK on his own if he was included in all the human activities and has entertainment when left alone. Good with kids, older may be better as he still has a lot to learn!

Buckley is intrigued by everything you do and wants to investigate it all, with you. He was interested in cats but in a curious way, he would be easy enough to teach. He will need daily exercise and training. He has only just began his training journey and dedication to his training and socialisation is a must. Being a puppy, he is easily distracted and over stimulated due to his sheltered beginnings, but is quickly adapting. He has learnt to chase and retrieve any ball, and loves tug of war and chasey with a big rope toy. He walks well on a lead.

He loves people and although a bit unsure at first meetings (human or dog) he quickly relaxes and accepts pats and cuddles for as long as they will be given.
