About Max DL2237 & Jazz DL2238
Meet Master Max and Lady Jazz, the adorable couple who are looking for their forever home together.
Although they are closely bonded, they do both enjoy some alone time – Jazz likes to spend some time enjoying nature by laying under a tree and absorbing the great outdoors, while Max prefers to spend time inside where it’s nice and warm. When they’re together though, they both just love to snuggle and play.
Lady Jazz can be cautious of new people at first, particularly males, so any new friends should respect hers and Max's space. Soon enough, she will be following you around the house and gazing adoringly into your eyes. When it comes to cuddle time, Jazz will happily curl up next to you for as long as you want.
Master Max is a little more independent and will follow you if there is something interesting going on, otherwise he’s happy to keep himself occupied by dozing away. He’s also a great watch dog and will let you know when someone has arrived. As soon as he knows it’s a friend though, he’ll wander off and do his own thing… or roll over for a good belly rub.
They are best suited to a quiet household with a single female owner who will take the time to carefully introduce them to any new visitors. As Max is wary of children, they won't be placed with children under 12. They aren't too sure of other dogs so may need further socialisation.
Both Jazz and Max love going for their daily walks and walk beautifully together, side by side. They really are the perfect couple.
When they first came into rescue, Max and Jazz were in such terrible condition it looked as though they had never been groomed before. It is essential that their new family will groom them regularly so they are never in that condition again.
If you have the perfect home for two special rescues, email DFL today to apply!
