Hey, Dudes!! My name is Nathan - I'm a little ripper! My human foster carer calls me a bit of a mummy's boy, I love attention & I love to be cuddled.

I'm a beautiful blank canvas - a young pup you can spend time moulding into a well grounded, happy dog. I was rescued as part of a mob of 11 puppies!! Boy, that was a busy day for the ladies at SAFE. One of my brothers even scored a pink collar in the mayhem! He didn't mind though, he's very sweet natured & the pink suited him.

I'm a typical boy in that I love to get out there & explore the garden. I am inquisitive & adventurous yet I'm needy for love & attention. I definitely need company in my daily life. I might be more suited to older kids as I am teething at the moment & I tend to "nibble" on little fingers to get attention to play. I will need puppy toys to chew on instead & lots to keep my active mind occupied.

I've lovely white fur & the green colour. Green is the colour of life, renewal, nature & energy - boy, is that me! My human foster Mummy says I'm very cute & generally happy with whatever comes my way.

I have started my house training - my human foster Mummy is good with taking us outside regularly & we are getting used to squatting on the grass out there.

Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I'd like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I've learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I'll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me "no" if I'm chewing something I shouldn't and give me a chew toy instead. I'd love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don't get bored with them.
