Hello there!! My name is Princess Nancy - I'm an absolute stunner. My human foster carers call me "a real sweetheart". I'm a beautiful blank canvas - a young pup you can spend time moulding into a well grounded, happy dog. I was rescued as part of a mob of 11 puppies!! Boy, that was a busy day for the ladies at SAFE. One of my brothers even scored a pink collar in the mayhem! He didn't mind though, he's very sweet natured & the pink suits him.

I am a firm favourite among my foster carers as I am very confident, I don't need a lot of attention, I am happy in my own company but I am also happy with lots of cuddles & love.

Unless it's tea time & then I tend to growl to protect my food - this might be because we were undernourished before AND I'm from a family of 11 kids! My human foster Mummy just feeds me separate to the gang & there's no dramas.

I've lovely white fur & the yellow colour. Yellow is a truly joyous & radiant colour - that's me. Apparently, I exude warmth, inspiration & vitality. My human foster Mummy says I'm very placid, yellow mellow, I'm good with everyone as I tend to go with the flow.

I have started my house training - my human foster Mummy is good with taking us outside regularly & we are getting used to squatting on the grass.

Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I'd like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I've learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I'll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me "no" if I'm chewing something I shouldn't and give me a chew toy instead. I'd love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don't get bored with them.
