Hi, my name is Wish. I'm a very sweet girl who needs a loving and active home. I can be quite shy so I would be best suited to a home without loud small children where I can be allowed some time to come out of my shell.
I'm very curious and like exploring so I need good fences. I'm very polite with my food and have let my carers take bones off me when I tried to bring them inside.
I need either someone who is home a lot or a doggy friend to play with. I'm a dominant female so either a male or female who will let me be boss is fine!
I am very active and love rough housing with my foster brother. I do have a strong herding instinct so I'm not good with chickens or cats.
I travel really well in the car (I generally sleep) but do need a hand getting in and out. I'm good with fireworks. I haven't been off my property much though as I've just been desexed. I am learning to walk nicely on a lead in the house yard though and I tend to stick pretty close, even when off it.

Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
