About Dave
If you're looking for an active companion to live a life of adventure with, or maybe you have a hobby farm and need a pal to help you move stock, then you must meet Dave!
Dave is a brilliant little pup with a big personality.
He is excellent with kids, gets along super well with dogs and cats and is used to being around horses, chooks, cows and sheep.
Dave has had some time with the working Kelpies around sheep and has a natural herding instinct that he uses well. He would happily be trained into a good working dog or enjoy learning the basics for a hobby farm.
Suburban life won't suit Dave, he needs room to run and play and would most enjoy a life on property where he can be with his people and other dogs, going on adventures and learning new things.
Dave loves riding on the back of a Ute or in the vehicle and travels well. He has a good idea of basic obedience and a pretty good recall. He loves to play fetch and us a great footy buddy!
He is crate trained and sleeps all night peacefully in his crate.
Dave is an incredibly well socialised active pup so if you have the time and space for him please contact us.

Adoption details
Please send our friendly volunteers an email about yourself and we will reply to you as soon as possible. We can arrange a meet and greet for you (and existing pets) to spend some time with the pet and see if they are likely to fit into your life.
If you decide to adopt:
- payment is made
- a quick property check is conducted for dogs
-then you can welcome your new pet into your life!
We have a 2 week trial period so if this pet is not the perfect fit for you we will supply you with a full refund minus a $50 administration fee within the trail period. We will also take the adopted pet back at any stage should you be unable to care for them any longer.
