Phil was surrendered along with 20 other cats :( It was obvious he had very little, if any handling, in the time he was with his past owner.
Despite being very scared when he arrived, Phil has shown some progress while here - he has settled in well with the other cats in his pen, and he is much easier to handle :)
Phil would do well a confident cat friend, and someone to give him the time and cuddles that he deserves.
If you have room for a quiet, no -fuss cat in your home it would be amazing to see Phil have a chance to come out of his shell and be able to finally relax!
