About Evelyn (Evi)
My name is Evelyn, but my nickname is Evi, pronounced the same as Evian.
I was surrendered to a pound as my first mum left with me with her mum, and she didn’t like me.
A lovely lady rescued me as I was in the backyard, matted and alone as I wasn’t wanted there.
The lady that saved me, realised I had a mouthful of rotten teeth, and she couldn’t afford the vet bill, so she sadly handed me over to the pound.
Then, the next thing I know, I was rescued by TOTF, who had all my mouth fixed.
I’m a little timid, but I sooooo love my walks.
I’m great off lead at parks, but my foster mum always makes sure it’s safe to let me off.
I sleep on the bed, but have great manners, and keep to the bottom of the bed.
I need a chilled home, with a friend, around my own age, as I love playing with toys, and tug a war with a fur friend around my own age.
I can get a little talkative, if I’m left on my own a lot.
I wouldn’t be good to live in an apartment.
I know the best part of my life is waiting for me.
I’m 6 yrs old and weigh 4.2kg.
I run like a little bunny rabbit, and everyone thinks that is so cute.
I’m leaving my fate in the hands of Tracey and team to find the best home for me, as they know what I need to make me happy.
Medical notes
Has had 8 teeth removed recently.
Adoption details
We shortlist families who will fit the dogs needs and contact them to arrange an introduction. If everything works well, after a timeout to be sure, an adoption agreement is completed. As the adoption donation is transferred the dog will pass into your hands.
Our Adoption Donation Fees vary. Elderly animals or animals with health problems can differ from those for young or purebred dogs.
All our dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas. They are bathed and groomed, and have had a consultation with our vet who discusses appropriate treatment which we arrange while the dog is in our care. All dogs are desexed at our expense.
We understand that in the first week, issues occasionally occur where training or behaviour modification is impractical and if no other recourse is available and the dog needs to be rehomed, we will agree to refund part of the adoption fee less $100 administration fee. Due to our system processes this will not be instantaneous but will go into your bank account within the next 10 working days.
After the sixth day, we require first refusal if the dog is to be found a different home, but you will not be eligible for a refund.
