Hey there, my name is Rocco, I'm a sweet, handsome boy, I came to the RSPCA because my previous owner could no longer care for me. I can be a little unsure of the world so I am looking for someone that can show me it's not as scary as I think. I will need a slow introduction to my new life and I may take some time to warm up to you, but when I do I will be your new best friend! I would like to be the only dog in my new home, this way I can build a strong bond and feel confident with my new family. I will need to be encouraged and helped with my confidence around new people and places. My new owners to help me with my ongoing training, using positive reinforcement and my favourite, FOOD!
I would rather that I be re-homed with a family with no children, older teenagers are more my thing. I can be a bit timid when it comes to meeting new people so this will be more appropriate. I will need to meet the whole family before I go home with you.
