About Lilly & Lulu Upton
Sweet cuddlebugs Lulu (12 years) and Lilly (10 years) are a reluctant surrender due to the health of their beloved person who has shared their life since they were puppies. They are very bonded and will be rehomed together.
Lulu is a quiet, gentle and loving little girl. She loves her walks where she is very alert and likes to sniff the trees. Her whole world revolves around her people and her daughter Lilly who she will never miss an opportunity to snuggle with.
Lilly has a stronger personality and is more active than Lulu, but is a very affectionate soul who loves to be in your company. She shows her appreciation with lots of licks just to make sure you know how much she loves you.
Both dogs walk well on the lead and have good recall. Lilly does bark at other dogs on walks, but both she and Lulu are sharing their foster home with another dog and they get along well. They would be fine sharing a home with other small dogs when properly introduced.
These adorable girls will prosper in a quiet home; as companions for someone who has lots of love to give, and who has time to take them for leisurely walks and share their day with them. Their new family will accommodate their love of soft beds and two meals a day which they look forward to.
Lilly tends to chase cats a bit - but has learned not to react so much to the cats she lives with. Lulu also would learn to settle with a dog-savvy cat.
You cannot help but fall in love with these quirky, lovable pair of ladies....they are the perfect pair - and really deserving of a loving home.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer a six-week full refund, free assistance for six weeks for any issues, and a lifetime takeback policy with a fifty percent refund of the adoption fee, and of course an invitation to our adopters’ Christmas party.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.
