Poppy

Poppy came to the RSPCA at the height of kitten season with 6 kittens in tow. She had been found living under a car, and was very thin and scared. She went into foster care with her kittens, who were all very happy and confident, and has spent months being shown that people are okay.

Whilst in foster care, Poppy has 2 canine friends. She absolutley adored the dogs, and would seek them out in the house just to have a smooch. She was not so fond of her human companions. Slowly she came out of her shell, and became more confident. She would spend her days curled up in front of the fireplace, and would explore the house when everyone had gone to bed.

Poppy will need a family that is willing to let her settle in at her own pace. Having a dog would help her to settle in, but also providing her with her own area that she is able to get away to and hide when she's worried is a must. Poppy will make a lovely addition to the family, but will need time, patience and a whole lotta love.
