About Esky
Introducing our gentleman ESKY the 7 year old desexed male Samoyed. Esky is a pure delight. He has shown himself to be house trained (worked out the doggy door in foster care very quickly), good with other dogs and cat tolerant.
We noticed that Esky was very stiff in his movement in his back hips and legs, so while he was being desexed we x-rayed Esky's hips. As we anticipated Esky has osteo-arthritis in both hips due to untreated hip displacia as a pup/young dog. Esky will need ongoing treatment for his hip deterioration and continued daily gentle walks up to 1.5 km to continue to build his muscle tone and keep him agile as possible.
Esky would love a home with another gentle older dog as he does love company. He goes to his new home desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea and worm treated.
This boy will shower his new owners with that ESKY love. As he is a Samoyed he will need ongoing grooming and he needs to be an indoor/outdoor boy.
Esky's adoption fee is $450 (significantly less than his vet work has cost PARH).
If you would like to know more about this boy please contact us via email.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
