About Rita
This cute as a button little sweetie pie is a beautiful as they get.
Rita is currently in foster care living with 2 other greyhounds and 3 cats with no problems.
She adores her human foster family especially her foster mum. Her foster mum calls her her little shadow. Rita is never far behind her.
Rita’s ideal home would be a home where someone is home with her more than they are not so a home with either part time workers or retirees would best suit Rita.
So she can be your shadow.
Adoption details
Step 1 – Complete a Expression of Interest form https://www.racing2rehome.org/expressionsofinterest
Step 2 – We will call you by phone for a chat to provide you with more information about the dog and answer any questions you may have. If you wish to proceed with the adoption we will arrange a time for a Meet & Greet and a home yard inspection to ensure adequate fencing and shelter is provided for the dog.
Step 3 - A meet and greet will be held with your family and any other pets you may have. All dogs are to be met in person.
Step 4 - If all parties are happy to proceed with the adoption, the adoption fee is to be paid and you will have a 14 day trial period. If at any time in that 14 days you find you cannot keep your canine, they shall be returned and you will be refund the adoption fee.
At the time of adoption you will receive an adoption pack which will include:-
- Collar & Lead
- Muzzle
- Polar Fleece Coat
- Certificate of Sterilisation
- Certificate of Vaccination
- Information on caring for your greyhound
- Worming & Flea treatment dates
- access to our private Facebook page for foster carers, volunteers and adopters of our hounds
- Receipt of payment
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
