Hi there, I'm jack and never did I think I would be looking for a new home until one of owners sadly passed away
Now I am temporarily living at Beechworth Correctional Centre until I find a family to call my own.

Although I turn 5 this year, I am still boisterous and have some puppy like tendencies.
I am trying very hard to control my excitement and lead etiquette

I will need a confident owner to lead me in the right direction. Someone who can be firm but kind and someone who is willing to continue with my training as I have a lot to give and am willing to learn. I am a lover of adventure and love my new owner to have plenty of free time to spend with me or maybe even take to work sometimes. I have a lot of energy and love to play and go on long walks and will require daily exercise as I am a working breed and looking for action.

I can pull a bit when we first start out for our walks but that's because I am excited but soon settle and happy to just walk along

I know my basic commands. I am not fond of cats and prefer my own home without other dogs as that's what I have been used to although I did grow up with the grandkids.
