Hi there, I’m Penny! My foster mum tells me I’m a beautiful soul, I LOVE to be with you and just hang out, but I’m happy to be in my own space too. I will carry my bed around like a toy so I can lie comfortably near you wherever you are.

I’m really well behaved at home; sometimes I still jump up when I’m excited or nervous and I can pull on the lead a bit, but I’m trying to remember not to – I’m really just a gentle giant!

I love a good bit of play and adventure and I travel really well in the car, but cuddles on the couch are awesome too. Playing with other dogs is so much fun, as long as they don’t mind giving me space to explore on my own too.

Some things you should know about me: I’ve had an itchy skin condition for quite a while now – the hardworking team at Scruffer Lovers is trying to get to the bottom of this, but I may need your help to manage this too. Being a Labrador I LOVE my food, so
I’ll need regular exercise to maintain my figure and help protect my joints as I get older.

I’d love so much to be included in a family that will let me hang out with them wherever they are when they’re home and give me so many pats, and take me with them on adventures so I can sniff all the things. Do you think you could be my forever family?
