Hi my name is Kiah!
I’m a very shy girl but I’m so loving and cuddly! I need an understanding and patient family who understands I do get scared and like to hide. My past is a bit of an unknown but I was found wandering in bushland for several weeks, all cold and alone, it took me a while to finally be caught because I was so scared.
I love snuggling with my foster mum on her bed and getting all the love and attention I can. I love walks but I'm still unsure of the big wide world, the more I get out the more confident I will get, I promise. I’m really good with cats and other dogs on a slow introduction. I’m scared of children but I don't have a mean bone in my body, it's just they can be a bit loud and move fast. If you think I’ll suit your family please come and meet me.

Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
