Hello everybody, my name is Dorothy and I'm the sweetest girl on the block! I bet you're wondering how a little lady like me ended up at a shelter, right? Well my previous owner ended up moving away and sadly couldn't take me with and we had to part ways, but that's okay, I am excited to be starting a new adventure of my own! The team here have been super nice and I've been lapping up all the pats and attention that I can get. As they say though- there's no place like home, and I would LOVE to find a home to call my own(I have my paws crossed that this time it will be my forever home)I'm quite an inquisitive gal who loves to sniff and explore and would enjoy going on walks together where I can partake in my favourite past time. Even though I try to be the best girl, it's still super important that my new owners continue with plenty of positive training. Plus I've heard it's a great way for us to bond and to get to know each other, especially if there are treats involved! I'm quite friendly with other dogs so wouldn't mind having a fur sibling, as long as they're nice and calm, the big boisterous ones are a little too much for me. I could also live in a home with calm older kids pending a meet first.
