One of three abandoned sibling puppies found on the side of a road, Brindle has shown that she is resilient, clever and an ultimate survivor.
Brindle is an affectionate puppy who is curious about her surroundings and loves nothing better than exploring new environments and getting into puppy mischief. She loves playing with her ball and her chew toys.
Brindle is toilet trained, can use the dog door, can sit and has lovely puppy manners. Brindle sleeps inside at night with no issues.
Brindle walks exceptionally well with a gentle lead collar. She enjoys long walks with her foster sister (kelpie X) where she gets to meet lots of people.
As Brindle has just completed her vaccinations, she has yet to be socialised with other dogs, however she gets on very well with her foster sister (kelpie X) and her siblings.
Brindle can be cautious when meeting new dogs while on the lead and has the tendency to display an anxious growl. Once reassured, Brindle is happy to continue on her walking adventure. It is recommended that her new family continue puppy training and to provide socialising classes for Brindle.
Given the opportunity Brindle will chase cats and can become preoccupied with chickens and their food. She interacts with children well but has not had the opportunity to interact with toddlers.
Brindle is a well-adjusted puppy, and will be a great addition to any person, couple or family. Brindle would be happy to share her new home with another dog, or on her own.
Patience, reassurance and understanding from her new family will ensure that Brindle will have a successful transition from living without her sisters.
