Jaxson ~ 3 year old Dalmatian (on trial 18/8/19)

Jaxson is a super smoochy 3 year old liver Dalmatian. This lovely spotty boy is a happy young dog who loves people and is eager to please. He is house trained, knows 'sit' and is learning more commands in foster care. He is a sensible pup who doesn't jump up, he just wiggles his body in happiness when you come home.

Being a young dog Jaxson is looking for a family who will continue his training and provide him with lots of playtime, pats and walks. He loves chewing on his soft dog toys and playing tug of war with his foster brother Duke. He walks well on lead and listens nicely, he does get excited when he sees other dogs so his new family needs to continue to work on this. We recommend that he goes for walks in quiet areas around the neighbourhood and not to any off lead dog parks or beaches to start off with.

Jaxson can be a bit picky about his dog friends so we recommend a meet and greet for any potential new fur siblings. He is good with kids, he has grown up with older kids and is currently in care with 3 toddlers and is good with them. He is untested with cats or pocket pets.

Jaxson sleeps inside on his bed through the night, he does love his creature comforts so he will occasionally sneak up onto a bed or sofa. He responds to 'off' and will get down straight away. Jaxson can be left outside when you go out, although he wants to be inside with you when you are home and will cry if you leave him out.

Jaxson is a good looking boy with long legs who turns heads wherever he goes. He loves pats and attention, and will stretch out on his back with his legs in the air when he is getting a tummy rub. His ideal home is one where he will be allowed inside, included in the family activities and given lots of love and affection. Jaxson's adoption fee is $600 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.
