About Winnie
This gorgeous little lady was found with her adult daughter Mary and her kittens, and handed in. She came into care with Cat People, has raised her kittens and a litter of orphans and now it's her turn to get adopted.
Winnie is a beautiful blue eyed pure white cat, but she's not deaf. She loves a pat, a snuggle, a play session (see the video) and adores people. She's a very sweet loving cat who adores everything about her people. We have discovered that definitely does not like vacuum cleaners and very loud noises, she will hide.
Winnie is child friendly, cat friendly and if introduced carefully, would be dog tolerant if the dog was cat friendly.
Winnie would be a perfect cat for people with other animals or children, she's a beautiful girl who has so much love to give. Are you ready for this much love? Because Winnie's waiting for you if you are!
Because of Winnie's pure white coat and pink skin, she must be kept inside to prevent skin cancer. Winnie is a healthy cat. She's desexed, microchipped (#956000002727279), vaccinated and has been flea treated and wormed, ready to come home with you today!
------------------------------------------------------
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
