Ferdinand -Desexed -On Hold

Ferdinand (on hold) came from the pound in an awful condition, he had such a bad case of mange he hardly had any fur on his sides and had scabs along his back. He has been in rescue for a while now getting treatment, and is finally ready for a new home. Ferdinand is one of those really special guinea pigs with a fantastic personality. He has a very laid back nature, loves his vegies, and likes exploring. We've gotten to know ferdinand rather well, and it will be sad to see him leave. He is certain to make everyone fall in love with him. As an older piggie, his new adopter will have to show they can keep him warm over winter. He is not housed with anyone at this stage, although he's sure to love a friend. (update: ferdinand has now been desexed, and would appreciate some female guinea pig company!)
