About Lucy
If you are after a perfect lap warmer that will be the only doggie living in your mansion, then Lucy is the girl for you. Lucy has a lovely temperament that would love a new owner that is home a lot to shower her with love and affection. She loves belly rubs, going for walks, absolutely adores the water and going to the beach, and is an excellent traveller. Lucy is housetrained and can use the doggy door to go to the toilet and likes to run in the backyard and chase the birds and butterflies. She enjoys the dog park too and playing with other dogs as well. Lucy has not been officially tested with cats, but has encountered one from a distance before and was much too fixated that we would not recommend she be homed with one. Lucy does shed fur so her adopter will need to brush her regularly or send her to a groomer to keep her looking and feeling in tip top shape.
Adoption details
All adoption enquirers must fill in an adoption form that we will send you if you email us at CQanimalsociety@outlook.com. Due to the high volume of animals on death row, our own familes, and paid jobs, we will endeavor to answer your enquiry as quickly as possible.
All our adoptions tend to be local, but we have connections all over QLD and NSW so are more than happy to consider all serious adoption enquiries. A house/yard check will be done if we can get a local member (if adoption enquiry is not Rockhampton based) to assist. Please note that we will be treating any potential adoption with the upmost care as the animals safety and welfare is our number one concern.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
